2.0) A Meditation on Compassion for Liberation. – Presented by Helen Puk

 

Everybody knows the experience of happiness. However, not everybody knows that the happiness we seek is the very nature of ourself and is accessible by all people and at all times.

What is awareness?

Concentrate on an object then the space around the object. Notice your awareness shift. After doing it a few times. Now try concentrating on both.
Become aware of the space between objects this energy connects us to all.
We rarely acknowledge the space /the void. Emptiness is form. Form is emptiness. “It is the empty space in a cup that makes it useful” Lao Tzu . The gaps between the notes that makes music.

Meditation

Sit straight connecting the tongue to the roof of the mouth. Take 6 deep breaths in to the point 2 inches below and in from the belly button. Each exhalation feel yourself sinking deeper in to the chair or floor. As you exhale feel the relaxation spread throughout the body to the extremities.
Become aware of the base chakra and a red light at the bottom. Imagine the red light going to Orange in to the second chackra below the navel allowing the energy to spiral and then continues to a yellow chakra in between the bottom of the ribs. The Helix continues to the heart chakra green. Feel this rainbow spiralling to the light blue throat chakra. Followed by the indigo third eye and finally purple or white light exiting the crown chakra at the top of the head .Feel the stillness within your body and become aware of the rainbow spiralling from the base.
Imagine you exit and go in to the Universe through the crown chakra. It is here you can feel the unconditional Love of the Universe. Absorb this repeating to yourself I am Loving awareness. I am Loving awareness. I am Loving awareness. Allow yourself to identify with Loving awareness. You can then look at the Earth and allow this unconditional Love and feel it channelling to people or things that need it. Then areas of your body that need it. Compassion for yourself and others.
Bring your awareness back to the chair or floor. Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes .Allowing yourself time to adjust.

When you Love you become one with the object or person.

If you can Love all unconditionally without judgement you can become one with all.
